Land Maintenance Program (LMP) was designed for people who are physically unable to do their own WORK either by age or physical condition and for the working class people who don't have the time or energy to "do it themselves." However, anyone can take advanage of this awesome Program!

What is the Land Maintenance Program (LMP)?

The Land Maintenance Program (LMP) is a "Referral" based WORKFORCE Development Program that's uniquely designed so that you can help us locate WORK that includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Basic Lawn Care: including but not limited to, lawn mowing, edging, weeding, scrub and bush trimming, installation or removal, air blowing of paved areas, gutter cleaning and more
  • Landscaping: including but not limited to, building and caring for flower beds, tree planting and installation, water ponds, sprinkler system installation, brick laying pavers, retainer walls, grass planting, sodding, fertilizing, landscape designs, sidewalk and driveway repairs, replacements and/or installations and more
  • Land Clearing: including but not limited to, bush hogging, dirt removal, back-filling, land leveling, and more
  • Tree Services: including but not limited to, tree trimming, tree removals, tree trunk grinding, removal and more.

    • WORK needed for the Land Maintenance Program (LMP) is typically located in your Community. Your efforts will provide WORK for Small Businesses and create JOBS that will positively "IMPACT" the LOCAL Economies in the Communities where the WORK (Community Service Projects) is located. Because you referred the "WORK", you earn credit for performing "Community Service".

    The Land Maintenance Program (LMP) gives you a way to "give back" to your Community through performing Community Services. You can earn Community Service Points to get your WORK completed at "Zero Cost" to you, by referring family members, friends and other people with LMP WORK Projects to CIRP. They will get their WORK completed FREE through CIRP Workforce Development Program Resources made available for Economic Development. We consider this your Community Service!

    How does it work and What do I have to do to get my Projects completed FREE?

    2. Register a home or building repair or improvement Project that you want completed FREE by a LOCAL Small Business Contractor
    3. Submit your written estimate from a LOCAL Small Business Contractor located within 50 Miles of the Project

Earn Community Service Points for referring people to the CIRP Website at: www.communityimpactprogram.com, who have additional WORK to be completed as yourself, by a Small Business Contractor in their areas.     5. You get your Registered Projects completed FREE with the Community Service Points you've earned through your referrals
